4.2 Service Availability
While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- System upgrades
- Technical difficulties
- Circumstances beyond our control
5. Financial Transactions
5.1 Transaction Authorization
By initiating a transaction through our Services, you authorize us to:
- Debit or credit your account as instructed
- Process payments to designated recipients
- Execute fund transfers between accounts
- Apply applicable fees and charges
5.2 Transaction Limits
We may impose limits on:
- Daily transaction amounts

5.3 Transaction Processing
Transactions are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Transactions initiated before cutoff time are processed the same business day
- Transactions after cutoff time are processed the next business day
- Weekend and holiday transactions are processed the next business day
- External transfers may take 1-3 business days
- Wire transfers are typically processed within 24 hours
5.4 Transaction Errors
You must notify us immediately of any errors or unauthorized transactions. We are not liable for errors if you fail to notify us within 60 days of the transaction.
6. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your account and use of Services, including:
- Monthly account maintenance fees
- Overdraft and insufficient funds fees
- Wire transfer fees
- ATM fees (out-of-network)
- Paper statement fees
- Expedited service fees
- Stop payment fees
Current fee schedules are available on our website and may be updated periodically with notice.
7. Mobile Deposit Service
When using mobile deposit, you agree to:
- Deposit only valid, properly endorsed checks
- Ensure check images are clear and legible
- Not deposit the same check more than once
- Retain original checks for 30 days after deposit
- Destroy checks securely after the retention period
- Accept responsibility for deposit accuracy
We reserve the right to reject any mobile deposit at our discretion.
8. Bill Payment Service
Our bill payment service allows you to schedule payments to third-party billers. You agree that:
- You are responsible for ensuring timely payment scheduling
- Payments must be scheduled in advance of due dates
- We are not liable for late fees due to insufficient processing time
- You will maintain sufficient funds for scheduled payments
- Payment processing times vary by biller
9. Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
- Account statements and notices
- Transaction confirmations
- Service updates and changes
- Marketing communications (opt-out available)
- Legal disclosures and agreements
You may opt-out of marketing communications but cannot opt-out of essential account communications.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suncoast Credit Union, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your violation of applicable laws
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for:
